New Electrical Permits Process

Effective February 15, 2020, Greeneville Energy Authority will no longer be an Issuing Agent for State Electrical Permits. Permits will need to be purchased Online at www.core.tn.gov. For questions you will need to contact one of the following:

Community HELP

Greeneville Energy Authority has an exciting program called Community HELP (Heating Electric Lighting Program). Customers can choose to have their monthly electric bill payment rounded up to the next dollar amount with all proceeds going directly to the Food Bank located here in Greeneville. The maximum contribution per customer is $0.99 per month.

Broadband Facts

The GEA board voted to take the necessary steps for GEA to begin providing broadband services to the central portion of our county effectively defined by the city limits of Greeneville.
