To begin electric service, we’ll perform a soft credit check. Based on your Vantage Score, you may be asked to pay a deposit up to a maximum of $300. Alternatively, you can choose our prepaid option for $90.

Credit check

We run a soft credit check using your Vantage Score. This will not affect your credit. A deposit of up to $300 may be required, depending on your score.

Valid driver’s license

A valid driver’s license is required to start service. If your license is not a REAL ID, you will also need to provide your Social Security card.

Prepaid option available

Prefer to skip the deposit? You can opt into our prepaid service plan for a flat $90 to get started right away.
